The Analytics & Insights organization create a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategy, via deep consumer, retailer, media, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.
This role is within the North America Beauty Care Analytics organization and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be the broader A&I organization's go-to-person on media data analysis and big data application, with your deep understanding of and passion for data analysis, striking a balance between consumer insights and advanced analytics to solve tough business problems as a strategic consultant to P&G leadership. You will :
- Deliver analytic insights in media performance including reach, cost, and effectiveness metrics to drive revenue and share performance.
- Develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve / build analytical solutions, approaches, and business recommendations.
- Design experiments to measure media experience and derive insights from unstructured, complex, and large data sets across the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
We deliver insights by using analytics techniques. This includes quantifying key business drivers, assessing sufficiency of plans to meet targets, and assessing the business potential of new ideas. We also visually and intuitively marry consumer insights with data, for compelling and holistic business recommendations.

Pay Range : $115,000 - $145,000
