What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Specs & Standards Technician - Admin Clerical position at Procter & Gamble?
A P&G Corporate Specs & Standards Technician will:
- Publish documents and other specification documents according to establish process and applicable electronic publishing standards.
- Perform document quality control checks promptly communicating irregularities in documents and coordinating issue resolution.
- Provide day-to-day department support activities as necessary to aid completion of documents.
- Provide support for Packaging Engineers in various systems particularly specifications and standards.
- Create and modify specifications and standards as directed/ needed.
- Track changes and develop system for department reporting;
- Support conversion of documents into new products and Packaging Art Work Change Management (Enovia system); SAP support.
- Develop understanding and maintain knowledge of appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, policies, and regulatory guidance documents; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned
