Job Qualifications
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to effectively connect with senior leaders and their executive assistants, demonstrating quiet confidence.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PC, Mac, Mobility, Meetings, Video, and O365 to provide basic IT troubleshooting and support. Previous experience in meeting support and/or PC or Mac support is a plus.
- Growth Mindset: Passion for learning new things, willingness to delve into and understand new technologies, and a desire to enhance digital proficiency. Previous experience in support or customer service is a plus.
- Operate with Discipline: Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues and requests, facilitate changes, and coordinate critical matters to ensure timely resolution for Executive Care customers. Good attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
- Act as an Owner: Ability to understand the broader context, make decisions that serve the best interests of the entire business process.
