About the Role :

Procter & Gamble is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our External Supply Solutions (ESS) team within the Oral Care division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with external partners, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance for our products.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the site QA leader for assigned contract manufacturing and packaging sites.
Monitor and track quality incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, site SOPs, and P&G quality expectations.
Coordinate with various teams on project launches, ongoing quality improvement initiatives, and quality action items.
Review and approve technical documentation, including validation work and specifications.
Serve as a quality liaison between P&G and external sites, driving quality improvements and compliance.
Participate in regular meetings and coordination efforts to ensure seamless quality management.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a quality assurance role, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer goods.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management). Candidates with a strong quality background from work experience will also be considered.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with process qualification, material qualification, verification, and validation work.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate quality requirements.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Preferred Skills :
Microbiology Background : Experience or education in microbiology is a plus, especially for managing microsceptible goods.
Regulatory Experience : Previous experience in regulatory roles can be beneficial.
Leadership : Experience managing or leading a team is advantageous.

Pay Range : $86,000 - $105,000
