The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Innovation Diamond Management organization as a Global Innovation Program Leader in Boston, MA. In this position, you will deliver successful initiatives that build the total brand maximizing Total Shareholder Return. You will be responsible for leading the multifunctional team and activities of a multi-functional team to develop and execute a comprehensive initiative plan to deliver in-market success. This includes clarifying business objectives and expectations, effectively framing and communicating issues to drive decision making, guiding the initiative team to deliver on-time Commercial, Technical, and Market readiness, and building multifunctional innovation management capabilities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-functional teams to successfully deliver complex programs &/or initiatives globally

Strong Business Acumen; Solid Market, Commercial, Technical & Financial Understanding

Experience building organization capability and implementing systems to deliver business results

Experience in multiple Product Supply disciplines (i.e., supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, purchases, innovation, quality)
- Global experience working with multiple regions and functions from "idea" to "execution"
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or degree with related experience

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

10 years experience in Supply Network Operation and/or Innovation Management
- Advanced Program and project management skills
