Job Description
We are looking to hire an Industrial Hygiene and Safety Leader for the R&D Organization located at Fabric & Home Care Innovation Center. This role is within Corporate Functions R&D but supports the F&HCIC site within the HSE organization. This role will provide technical and programmatic support across all R&D organizations located at the F&HCIC to ensure the ongoing effectiveness and day to day implementation of the IH&S Key Elements and some HS&E Key Elements within the F&HCIC R&D Health Safety & Environment program.
As the Health, Safety, and Environmental Leader you will :
- Provide strong technical safety support to the R&D Organizations at F&HCIC. The person in this role is their first point of contact for questions and concerns regarding lab / PRL safety and for implementation and compliance of IH&S (and some HS&E) programs related to R&D.
- IH&S representative on and coleads the change management meetings.
- Own key Industrial Hygiene and Safety programs for the site.
- Coordinate local implementation of site-wide HSE policies.
- Train, coach and develop an effective Area Safety Coordinator Team for the site.
- Collect and analyze daily management measures to ensure ongoing capability of the site HS&E program.
- Lead investigation of R&D related safety incidents and / or employee safety concerns.
- Ensure day-to-day compliance with R&D safety programs, practices, procedures within the Beauty organization on site.
Job Qualifications
Required
Pay Range : $110,000 - $130,000
