Job Description
Responsible to define and implement MPD core projects covering initiatives, cost savings, and supply assurance delivering the Power Oral Care masterplan. This role reports directly into the Power Oral Care MPD Senior Manager.
Specific role responsibilities include:
Development, optimization and qualification of packaging concepts in close relationship to R&D, PackDev, Franchise Packaging, Marketing, Purchasing, and regional project management to deliver consistently best FMOT value impression. Will work as technical experienced link with all involved in-house functions as well as with external suppliers. The MPD focus requires experiences in R&D and manufacturing technologies to deliver the expected significant technical improvements and cost savings. Continuous technical skills development and continuity are desired in this role.

- Own Material Quality Improvement process within POC. Deliver PR recovery projects on Making and/or packing lines with projects. Develop and Execute BCP(s) or NSS projects for POC materials, as well as leading or supporting events for Initiatives.
