Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take sensible risks and innovate.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably with some business focus5 years of Brand Management experience, preference for 3 years of senior level experience for CPG brandsExcellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skillsStrengths with strategic and analytical thinkingAn ability to drive innovation and brand growthStrong ability to communicate and team capabilitiesCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree / credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
