- Develop and manage NA Design CPS from Global Hand-Off to Execution Hand-Off to Artwork Planner:
- Manage Execution of Regional Matrix
- CIC development and approvals
- WebCenter DIP Step 4 project management
- Provide comprehensive meeting summaries and execute follow-ups in a timely manner
- Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver Design Intent and protect Brand Identity on NA packaging
- Partner with Design, Program Manager, and Global & Regional Initiative Leaders by managing the effective package execution of NA Initiatives:
- Collaborate with Regional Initiative Leader for Integration of NA Packaging CPS into Initiative NA CPS
- Identify opportunities to improve Packaging execution systems, allowing executional excellence, including print quality and consistency and improved processes resulting in more efficiency in project management
- Manage Daily relationship with the BVE
- Collaborate with Technical Execution Manager, Senior Design Delivery Specialist and BVE to ensure NA Packaging AW is executed with excellence while maintaining budget and timing
- Color Development/Pre-Press
- Print Quality
- Work closely with the DMs and Technical Execution Manager prototype agency to assist with creating mock ups for NA packaging testing, as requested.
- Responsible for managing/fulfilling NA RBU requests for existing artwork and images, as well as creating packcepts as needed for customer and other reviews/presentations – including working with the DM to provide WIP images if final art is not available, as requested.
- Develop capability to work in/manipulate Via Shelf for reviews and leadership presentations.
- Work collaboratively with SMOT Artwork Planner, Fem Care Brand Marketing Specialist and external agencies to ensure accurate and current FMOT Artwork in Brand Store.
Education: An Associate or Bachelor's Design degree or Equivalent Packaging Work Experience.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of the E2E design process: from design concept through design production.
- In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit for use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes.
- Strong project and time management skills, experience leading multiple high complexity projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Software fluency in: Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Ideally also Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Strong business communication planning & execution skills – both verbal and written and the ability to collect, compile and present information effectively & concisely.
