Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Website Management and Optimization
- Coordinate website updates and promotions across departments.
- Ensure websites are optimized for mobile viewing, compliance, and privacy standards.
- Audit website traffic, lead forms, user experience, and overall performance.
- Develop landing pages in collaboration with internal ecommerce teams.
- Communicate with website vendors to facilitate integrations and inventory feeds.
SEO and Analytics
- Implement and monitor Local SEO strategies, ensuring accurate NAP listings.
- Write and manage SEO-friendly content.
- Provide website lead tracking and performance analytics.
- Conduct competitive research on websites, conversion tools, and pricing strategies.
Graphic Design and Content Development
- Design banners and website graphics using Canva.
- Create and manage graphics for various digital platforms.
Vendor and Compliance Management
- Analyze and recommend vendors based on organizational needs.
- Manage onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with website requirements.
- Oversee third-party billing and SAF/Coop reimbursement.
- Monitor and ensure third-party website compliance and performance.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Strategy
- Provide recommendations and implement strategies to improve UX/UI.
- Align website navigation and linking strategies with business objectives.
- Optimize website speed for both desktop and mobile devices.
General Marketing and Administrative Support
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Occasional driving may be required for visiting our three dealership locations and assisting with events. Travel may be requested occasionally for training and professional development opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Familiarity with Local SEO, website compliance standards, and competitive research. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least one year of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License and clean DMV report.
