Essential Functions
- Assist with EasyPlace system & Client data review and clean-up
- Review spreadsheets and data, Identify items for improvement, Work with the team to update the system
- Assist with job instruction documentation
- Standardize documents, Create a table of contents, Create hyperlinks
- Update training and client documentation
- Training manuals, Client contact matrix, Forms
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel
- Likes working with data would be a plus
- Capable of learning a software system
- Able to help write technical specifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit for extended periods of time; reach with hands and arms; bend and perform manual tasks.
- The employee will be required to communicate verbally and by phone.
- Visual acuity is required including color, depth perception, and field of vision.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
