Senior Manager – Procurement Operations Technology
We are seeking a Procurement Operations and Technology Manager to join a consultancy client based in Chicago. The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities and seamlessly transition between sales and program management, define project scope, assemble teams, and drive success through post-implementation review stages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digital procurement strategy
- Technology selection

Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the speciality may be considered instead of each year of education.
- At least six years of experience relevant to the job description.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new leads
- Outstanding analytical abilities
- Excellent management skills with a track record of team leadership and development
- Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching junior employees and client staff
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to develop compelling client narratives
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
