We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Proposal Writer to drive the creation, refinement, and success of our AI-generated proposals for government contracting clients. In this critical role, you will serve as a key player in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our AI-driven solutions and achieve their desired outcomes. Your deep understanding of the government contracting industry and your ability to craft compelling, compliant, and winning proposals will be crucial to building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and refine AI-generated proposals, ensuring they are compliant with RFP requirements and tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs to identify key requirements and develop strategic response plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards in all proposal documents.
