Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist with extensive experience in SaaS, Salesforce, and Gong. In this pivotal role, you will support and optimize our sales operations, ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), as well as Inbound and Outbound teams, to provide mentorship and coaching that enhances their performance and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain sales tools and technologies, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and Gong.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to AEs, Inbound, and Outbound teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs to support team development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales processes.
- Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Support the implementation of sales compensation plans and incentives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and Gong, with a proven track record of leveraging these tools to optimize sales operations.
- Extensive experience in SaaS sales operations, with a deep understanding of the sales process and lifecycle.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach sales teams, enhancing their skills and driving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in sales operations within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching sales teams, including AEs, Inbound, and Outbound teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
