Your job, as an Employee Benefits Senior Account Executive, is a critical one at Procyon Partners. Procyon Partners is a vibrant growing financial services firm with individuals and employer groups as clients. You will be client-facing, responsible for a block of business comprised of large-group clients (clients with 50 or more employees), and will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all service-related needs for your designated clients. You will support many administrative and client service aspects of the client’s relationship with the firm. You will work under the direction of the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits and in close coordination with our producers, financial analysts and administrative support.

About the Job
Senior Account Executives are incredibly thorough in their work, possessing strong time management and problem-solving skills. The ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities is important. The ideal candidate is detail and service oriented. You effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues alike and work well within a team construct.
Key Tasks
§ Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, insurance carriers and vendors
§ Make regular proactive phone/email client contact
§ Manage assigned book of business, assisting clients with various inquiries including claims, billing and coverage questions from employees and clients
§ Collaborate with the team to compile client renewal presentations and strategic planning initiatives
§ Quarterback enrollment system build and open enrollment updates
§ Develop materials for employee communications to educate employees about their benefits package
§ Conduct onsite and/or virtual meetings with clients, employees and business partners
§ Manage new client implementation process
§ Assist clients in ensuring compliance efforts
§ Meet in person with clients as necessary, air travel may be required
What’s Required
§ Minimum 5 years’ client service experience within the employee benefits industry primarily supporting employers with 50 or more employees. Could be a carrier or third-party administrator, or other broker/consultant firm.
§ Expertise with medical and ancillary (life and disability) coverages
§ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
§ Superior client service and problem-solving abilities

Base Salary & Bonus
We pay a competitive salary and an annual discretionary bonus for this role (10% target). In addition, the annual bonus is subject to a firm multiplier to reward employees for the firm’s overall performance.
