Java Developer (W2)

Position: Java Backend Developer
Location: Bay Area, California (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term W2 Resources
Experience: 5 years

<>Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Implement robust algorithms and data structures for efficient processing.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to enhance system performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize databases and query performance for high-load applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently.

<>Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Java 8 ).
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.

<>Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in high-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
