Position : - Sr DBA

Location : - Pittsburgh, PA

Objective : finalize ETL from AWS DB to Snowflake w / clean data. Snowflake DB should be queryable. Optimized for efficient performance and extracts.

o Additional Details :

  • Establish QA process & reconciliation w / nSpire (other data sources if needed)
  • Identify & fix data field issues (e.g. formatting, data shifts)
  • Include logic to accurately measure transitions per DSDS team instructions
  • Include spatial component for AOI, ARA
  • Assist connections to Data Viz Tools (Tableau, GIS)

o Skillset

  • DBA - DB Management & Architecture

    • o From Naxin

  • More senior, SQL advanced
  • Vast knowledge of creating processes & moving data (create & store procedures)
  • Python, Java preferred
  • Database site development
  • Extended SQL languages
