The CAD-Data Engineer will be responsible for developing and supporting database applications to drive automated data collection, storage, visualization and transformation as per business needs. The CAD-Data Engineer will be responsible for developing and supporting database applications to drive automated data collection, storage, visualization and transformation as per business needs. Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline and Software Implementation
- Implement data pipelines as per the design document
- Assist in the implementation of technical systems and software, solutions
- Perform Unit testing and troubleshoot
- Database design, Data Modelling and Mining
- Consolidate data across multiple sources and databases to make it easier to locate and access
- Implement automated data collection and data storage systems
- Provide database support by coding utilities, respond to and resolve user problems
- Cloud Enablement
- Develop and deploy applications at the direction of leads including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
- Data Visualization and Presentation
- Write complex SQL queries (T-SQL/PL-SQL) and stored procedures
- Work with multiple data systems, large relational databases, and SQL
- Configure and troubleshoot visualization platforms like Power BI/Tableau
- Develop for multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
- MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science is desirable.
- Work experience (0-4 years)
- Adapt/Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects is desirable
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD processes is desirable
- Exposure to Data Factory, Databricks, data architecture, data integration and data manipulation at scale is desirable
- Experience in Data ingestion, data pipelines and/or infrastructure automation/orchestration is desirable
- Technical knowledge in Telecom-Basics, T-SQL, PL-SQL, Tableau/ Power BI/Advanced Excel, R/SAS/ Python/Scala/Java, Azure (SQL Database, Cosmos Database, Data Lake Storage, PostgreSQL Database, Blob, Data Factory, Databricks, Analytic Tools, Stream Analytics, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Analytics), and AWS (Analytics Services, Amazon Athena, Amazon EMR, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Openserach Services, Amazon QuickSight, AWS Glue DataBrew, Datalake, Amazon S3, Aws Lake Formation) is required.
