What are the responsibilities and job description for the GenAI Architect / Lead Engineer position at Prodapt?

Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the offshore team

Coordinate with the customer’s teams to gather requirements, scope out tasks, and ensure alignment on platform goals

Provide technical guidance on LLM and RAG architecture to the offshore team, helping to define the integration points and overall flow

Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of LLM models and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements

Work on integrating webhooks into IDEs for code assist functionalities, ensuring seamless interaction between the AI Agents and the developer tools

Lead discussions on multi-agentic frameworks and their design to ensure multi-agent interactions are properly aligned with the platform's needs

Conduct on-the-ground troubleshooting and rapid prototyping for any local development issues

Ensure knowledge transfer of the delivered work to the customer’s internal teams
