Job Summary:
As a Process Designer, you will be responsible for interacting with various business areas, including sales operations, finance, and legal, to ensure that their business requirements are captured accurately. Your role will involve asking the right questions and working closely with stakeholders to understand the specific requirements of each process. While technical skills are not mandatory, a strong functional understanding is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work with business to define go forward process and requirements to implement new stack (BSS/OSS) in Telecom companies
- Collaborate with business areas, including sales operations, finance, and legal, to identify and document their business requirements.
- Conduct interviews and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand the needs of each process.
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and develop process maps, workflows, and diagrams to visually represent the requirements and proposed solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of the process designs.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for process improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, if necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to process design and automation.
Requirements
- Experience: Roughly 10 years in a similar role as an Architect with relevant Telco experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Experience in Salesforce platform, specifically in CRM, CPQ, Care, and Order Management modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical process designs.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in process design and optimization.
