- Design and implement predictive models and complex algorithms to analyze large datasets.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to extract insights and drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data science opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and workflows of the project team, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Scope and define tasks using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian).
- Monitor project performance against goals, budget, and timelines; report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Communicate complex technical findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data science roles with proven expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and programming (Python or R preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
