Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a relevant field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation of Technical Architect, or equivalent.
Prior experience must include experience with: Using programming language like JAVA, Spring Boot, Perl, Python, Shell Scripting, Sed & AWK, SQL / PLSQL and VB Scripting, Cypher Procedures, Gremlin, CQL, Java Script, and VBScript; Using utilities like Apache Kafka, Cassandra DataStax, Neo4j, Selenium, Splunk, UFT, JMeter, Quality Center (ALM), Cisco ACS, Amdocs CRM, Cerillion, JIRA, ITSM, USMS, Wireshark, SOAP, REST, JMETER, ZOHO Web NMS, IBM Analysis Note Book; Performing OBSS, Test Automation, Test Management, MVNO Business Model (MVNO Rollout), Building Dashboards, and eTOM based Consulting activities; Working with SDN/NVF Technologies, TMForum eTOM frameworks, Graph Database, and Enterprise Architecture; and Using SAAS tools like ServiceNow, Temporal, and Splunk. Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of applications using Java Spring Boot, Temporal, ServiceNow, and Generative AI.
- Ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop strategies for integrating Java-based microservices with Temporal for workflow management and ServiceNow for OMT and ITSM.
- Ensure smooth interaction between components and handle data flow and consistency.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for specific requirements.
- This includes choosing the right version of Java Spring Boot, configuring Temporal workflows, and selecting suitable Generative AI models.
- Lead the development of prototypes or proofs of concept to validate architectural decisions and technology choices.
- Define best practices for designing and implementing microservices using Java Spring Boot. Ensure services are designed for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Design workflows and stateful processes using Temporal. Define how workflows interact with microservices and manage long-running transactions.
- Architect integrations between your applications and ServiceNow, including customizations, workflows, and automation scripts.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into the architecture. This includes designing APIs, managing model inference, and ensuring the models meet performance and accuracy requirements.
- Identify and define use cases where Generative AI can add value, such as automating customer service interactions or generating content.
- Design systems to handle increasing loads and data volumes.
- Ensure that your architecture supports horizontal scaling and distributed computing where necessary.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Java applications, Temporal workflows, and integrations with ServiceNow. Implement best practices for performance tuning and resource management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that architectural solutions meet those needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical workshops.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, designs, and integration points. Ensure documentation is clear and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate architectural plans, changes, and status updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new tools or approaches to enhance system capabilities.
