Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our health insurance products, and assisting them in selecting the best plans. The representative will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list.
- Explain the features and benefits of various health insurance plans.
- Answer questions and address concerns potential clients may have.
- Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the life and health insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
