What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Team Member position at Prodigy Personnel?
We're currently looking for Retail Team Members for our client located in Crystal Lake, IL . Successful candidates will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service, complete truck unloads, and completing merchandising duties including maintaining store recovery standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with delivery truck unloads, stocking and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and the merchandise return process
- Help customers shop, locate products and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly check-out experience and perform cash-handling duties
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable with long periods of standing and with regular bending, lifting, carrying and reaching
- Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule
- Must have a proven track record of reliability
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required
