Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word Software
- Comfortable with outbound calling initiatives to engage customers proactively.
- Strong background in customer service or client services roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele.
- Fluent in Spanish speaking is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
