WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A GENERAL MANAGER

As our General Manager, we rely on you to effectively lead and guide our plumbing team by continually following our core components and improving them again and again. You actively engage with our six core components by ensuring we are working with cohesion, effectively solving issues, following and documenting core processes, building traction through regular professional meetings, seeking to achieve and exceed short and long-term goals, and ultimately focusing on those you work most closely with and those you serve. Being a strong communicator and hands-on leader, you are diligent to keep open lines with your direct reports that include the CEO, Field Manager, and Customer Service Manager. When needed, you act as the direct manager for those teams who are lacking direct leadership.

In addition to keeping our operations moving and our company vision succeeding, you utilize your problem-solving skills to help identify problems and seek effective remediation. You adjust processes to ensure we are not only addressing issues in the present, but are set up for future success as well. Being dedicated to organizational excellence, you focus on all aspects of your position including finance, human resources, marketing, and overall operational management. You prioritize weekly department meetings, monthly one-on-ones, and reflect on quarterly and annual goals to ensure our success. You are a team-builder and a vibrant leader, and your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create a welcoming work environment! • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational leadership, or similar field is preferred
• Reside locally as our daily operations are in-person
• 3 years of experience leading/working in a plumbing environment
• 2 years of management experience
• A technology enthusiast and/ or Mac user who adapts new technology early and is a quick learner of new applications
• Previous experience working in a team-oriented, semi-virtual environment preferred due to work-from-home option available to employees 1-2 days per week
