In this sales management position, you manage sales volume, expense control, market share, and revenue goals. Each day, you build and manage a dynamic, performance-driven team. Serving as a leader, motivator, recruiter, and sales driver, you inspire your team to deliver 5-star service to our clients. To exceed company sales targets, you teach your team how to communicate with customers and ensure a positive experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR
- 3 years of HVAC sales experience
