Overview
ProDriven Global Brands is currently looking for an Office Manager/HR Coordinator to join or team in Itasca, IL. This role will serve as the main contact with the Hamilton Lakes building teams and be the point person for office related communications. This role is an integral part of the culture and is the go-to person for team members traveling to the office. Must be self-motived multitasker that is excited about partnering with all levels of the organization. The current incumbent in this role is moving into a role on the HR team and that has created this role. This position is ideal for an experienced and dynamic office manager looking for more or for someone looking to get their foot into a possible career in HR.
Responsibilities
Administrative/Office Support:
- Light administrative support (for larger gatherings/meetings) as needed for all departments within the office
- Play a key role in supporting the NA Events Committee
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment
- Daily shipping/receiving from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS as needed to support all departments with the office
- Analyze incoming general mail and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Ensure the efficient daily operation of the collaboration space and department functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment.
- Dedicated presence in the building
HR Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process including scheduling interviews
- Assist with a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with responding to AskHR inquiries as needed
- Support any other special projects within the HR team
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- College degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Computer Proficiency (Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent at time management and multi-tasking
- Excellent written and verbal skills

Salary Range:
$41,000 - $76,000
