The PD Automotive Division is looking for career-minded individuals to join our team assisting in the Logistics of Toyota parts in Georgetown, KY.
We have positions available for Dispatch Clerks to help in maintaining and organizing drivers, trucks and trailers for our local routes! We have afternoon and overnight shifts available
Dispatch Clerk Position
- Available Shifts are Monday-Friday 11-7
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
- Scheduled for 40 hours weekly.
Tasks:
- Administrative Filing
- Route Tracking
- Asset utilization
- Relaying Information to Drivers
- Data Entry
- Pass-off reports
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate professionalism in all communication channels including:
- Microsoft Outlook,
- Phone conversation with Drivers, Admin, Customers, and shop/maintenance
- Face-to-face driver interaction
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Time Management and Task Prioritization
- Accuracy with Paperwork filing
- Dispatch experience is a plus
