Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all technical services activities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing product support, and maintaining quality assurance standards
- Coordinate activities as cross functional team member; Procurement, Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment with quality objectives and specifications
- Communicate all information to management levels during the development of improvement programs
- Align technical activities with the company’s long-term goals and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives and improvements
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are up-to date with the latest industry standards and technologies
- Serve as a key leader during crisis management, which depends on severity of situation, this position directs cross-functional response team to evaluate and determine corrective action, as required to ensure food safety and quality of products
- Oversee the QA department and ensure daily QA support at sheds and review rejections with shed teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance technical services efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into KRP processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the technical services functions
