- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with inventory methodologies and operational processes.
- Leadership: Direct supervision of a team (2 Inventory Operators 1 Operations/Inventory Assistant).
- Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in inventory management to avoid errors.
Availability: Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience managing perishable product inventories.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
