Producers Midstream Management LLC is a private equity back midstream service provider based in Dallas, TX.
The Corrosion Supervisor is responsible to manage the corrosion control program and provide support and assistance to the corrosion group to ensure pipeline integrity and corrosion control compliance. Provide support and training to the Operations group. Lead and advise operations leaders in corrosion related matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below.
- Provide input to help monitor and scorecard the Producers Midstream corrosion control programs to insure efficient, successful and unified processes are being applied.
- Provide input in and enforce company procedures and policies.
- Monitor and assist Corrosion Control personnel to ensure all regulated inspections are conducted efficiently and within the required time frames.
- Provide knowledgeable input and corrosion control engineering advice on proposed ventures and new construction.
- Provide recommendations, advice and assistance on release reductions.
- Ensure Corrosion Control Personnel are proactive in finding and correcting areas of potentially inadequate corrosion control.
- Research and apply new technology, which will provide increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Educate Operational Leaders in the area of Corrosion Control and Asset reliability.
- Oversee that the Corrosion Control files are maintained up-to-date and regulator friendly.
- Help develop Corrosion Technicians, where they are recognized as industry experts in their geographical areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-5 years of Corrosion Control experience in oil and gas pipelines.
- Must have leadership experience, including supervising technicians or field personnel.
- NACE Certification Senior Corrosion Technologist.
- Working Knowledge in 49 CFR Part 192 & 195.
- Excellent computer and analytical ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge in cathodic protection and internal chemical treating.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a group environment.
- Must be able to react to high stress/emergency situations in a deliberate and timely manner.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in state of residency.
- Must be able to travel to field locations.
- Office work and outside type operations work in all types of weather.
- Medium to heavy lifting requirements.
- Must be able to walk around job sites.
