Description / Job Summary
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 00a.m. 2 : 00p.m. additional hours as needed.
Job Summary : Responsible for upkeep and cleaning of multiple office buildings. Duties will include but not limited to clean floors by sweeping mopping or vacuuming. Also clean windows doors mirrors restrooms and empty all trash. Replenish and maintain cleaning supplies as needed.
Basic Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a good driving record.
- Must read speak write and understand the English language fluently.
- Must be willing to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to bend stoop push pull twist and turn throughout the day.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
