Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Product Connections. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Salary: Starting rate is $13.00-$14.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh produce for sale by operating the juicing machine and packaging products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by cleaning equipment and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with some weekday availability.
- Able to regularly lift 50 pounds and push/pull a large commercial juicing machine.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and move throughout the shift.
