Product Connections is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Lead to join our team. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic team of product samplers and juicers inside a Sam's Club location. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach your team to deliver excellent customer engagement experiences. You will work closely with Club management to ensure daily compliance and execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and leading a high-performing team of up to 25 part-time product demonstrators and juicers
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, auditing, and coaching team members
- Ensuring effective customer engagement techniques with an emphasis on food safety and overall customer experience
- Performing and managing demonstration operations onsite
- Working closely with Club management to facilitate daily compliance and execution
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience leading in an execution-centric environment, food safety experience, and a customer-facing comfort level with a pleasant personal demeanor. You must be able to lift, stand, and move around a wide range of motion.
