Job PostingOverviewAs a Production Designer you will be responsible for designing and preparing files for printing. You will use a strong background in design, print, and knowledge of efficiencies to set the standards for our work.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Copywriter and other members of the department to concept and refine ideasPresent and discuss creative work internallyInterpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative developmentArticulate direction to fulfillment partners (printers, etc.)Liaise with counterparts in other disciplines of marketing (from traditional to social) to ensure integrated workLead the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation in the marketplaceOther duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department and program goalsQualificationsRequirements : Portfolio of produced workA minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working full-time as a creative personSuperior visual problem-solving skillsThorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as PowerPoint and / or Keynote.Strong researching skillsAbility to deliver under tight deadlines and flexibility in daily workExcellent verbal and written communication abilityExcellent presentation skills strong organization / time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to project manage and handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast pace agency settingThis role reports to the head of Creative Services.Please note that this Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
