Product Evaluation Systems, Inc. (PES) is currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative. PES is an independent, full-service mechanical, metallurgical, chemical and nondestructive testing laboratory, located in Latrobe, PA. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and general client concerns. This position is also responsible for researching and following up on new leads.
- Implement weekly/monthly/yearly marketing plans based on knowledge of organization objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
- Direct PES’s current social media presence and expand to other platforms.
- Work with the VP - Sales & Marketing to develop and maintain marketing aspects of trade shows and other live events involvement.
- Evaluate metrics for marketing plan and execution.
- Instill and promote PES’s culture, Mission, Vision & Core Values.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients while working toward establishing a positive rapport.
- Assist with incoming calls/emails in a timely manner, addressing client concerns and keeping them informed.
- Assist in preparing and sending client order status report as requested.
- Support the Sales/Customer Service Group by assisting with: Following up on leads, Generating estimates, checking for errors and accuracy, Providing support in efforts to generate additional revenue for the Company
- Communicate regularly with management to stay updated on Company’s capabilities and policies.
- Generate leads for the Sales team.
- Update customer information in database after interaction with all potential and existing clients.
BS or BA preferred, but not required. If no degree, candidate must have laboratory/manufacturing setting experience for at least (3) years. Pay rate to be established based on candidate's background/experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
