Inside Technical Sales Associate

Position Overview: As an Inside Technical Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our field technicians and customers. You will be the go-to person for technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of field issues. This is a fast-paced, demanding position that requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to field technicians and customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Review specifications, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings to assist with troubleshooting and identifying solutions.
• Coordinate the shipment of parts and equipment from our facility or vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve field issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Identify and capture revenue opportunities by ensuring accurate invoicing for services and parts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in a related field.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment and controls.
• Engineering level mindset is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Field experience is a plus.
