Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in industrial design from an accredited school; master's degree in design thinking is a plus. Candidates are required to provide a compelling portfolio of remarkable industry relevant work including case studies that chronicle foundational consumer insights through design exploration and development culminating in commercialization.

Responsibilities
- Senior member of staff of industrial designers with growth opportunity to lead ID team in the future
- Creative problem solver with the ability to tackle unstructured problems, build strategic frameworks and assist with the identification innovative solutions, even when faced with limitations and constraints
- Responsible for client satisfaction in regard to assigned Industrial Design deliverables, including project-based CAD & prototyping
- Supports account teams by accurately estimating resources and associated hours of team to ensure project profitability
- Ensures competitively superior work by continuing to improve upon state-of-the-art creative communication techniques including sketches, renderings, animations, mockups, prototypes, and presentations
- Effectively collaborates with account management, strategy & insights, technologies & development, prototyping teams
- Ensures team deliverables achieve objectives with high quality work on time and within budget
- Promotes team knowledge, strategic thinking and skill development to increase quality, speed, and effectiveness
