The AI team at Productboard oversees this critically important set of AI platform capabilities, processing customer feedback from various sources and helping Product managers to better understand their customers at every step of the product development lifecycle.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for AI to drive both strategy and execution of our AI product platform to stay ahead of our competition.
This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, strong product leadership, and a proven track record of delivering AI / ML solutions in complex, data-rich environments. You'll work closely with other product teams and cross-functional partners, to conceptualize and deliver AI capabilities that transform how product teams operate.
The capabilities we deliver and the set of use cases we solve for have never been fully addressed by any software product before, meaning you must be prepared for the uncertainty and excitement of operating at the forefront of innovation in our space.
Our product is driven by a strong product-led motion, and you will be among people who understand the challenges of simplifying complexity without compromising functionality for large enterprises.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy and product roadmap that prioritizes the most important AI platform foundations, focusing on delivering highly differentiated value to our customers.
- Drive the design and development of the capabilities and platform functionality leveraging the rapid advances in AI & LLMs - technologies which are at the core of the product platform.
- Enable other teams to rapidly deliver impactful AI innovations and champion AI best-practices in the organization
- Uncover and cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs essential for modern product organizations and their stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, product marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices.
- Evangelize AI platform, newest trends, and best practices of building AI products.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills by effectively translating complex concepts into actions.
- Act as an external advocate for modern customer-centric product management best practices among our customers and the broader market.

Salary range : $192,900 - $225,600. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only. Multiple factors, such as your location, experience, depth of knowledge, as well as internal equity, may be considered in extending an offer.
