Our company is seeking an Area Supervisor, responsible for overseeing multiple shops and groups of employees in a specific area, ensuring that operations run smoothly and meet company goals. Also responsible for training and developing management staff, and maintaining safety standards and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Staff management: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees, and provide feedback
- Safety and security: Ensure that employees follow safety regulations, and that the work area is safe and secure
- Quality: Ensure that vehicles/products meet quality standards, and that customer service is excellent
- Communication: Facilitate communication between departments and with upper management
- Reporting: Prepare reports on the area's progress, including production reports, worker’s compensation forms, termination and hire reports and daily deposit reports.
- Goal setting: Set goals for the area, and work with employees to achieve them.
- Travel: Must be willing and able to travel to various shops
- Sales: MUST meet sales goals, improve customer satisfaction/retention, increase sales by 10%
