Key Responsibilities
- Operate Wheelabrator and burnishing machines to finish metal parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Proven experience as a Wheelabrator and burnishing machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
Hours
- 40 Hours Weekly
- 4 Day work week
- 5:15 AM to 3:45 PM (Mon-Thur)
