- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility's infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures.

Requirements
