Production Castings is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that product assessment and approval activities are conducted as planned. The Inspector will coordinate the movement and disposition of non-conforming materials and perform various specialized product inspections according to written instructions.
Responsibilities
Conduct product assessment and approval activities as planned
Coordinate the movement and disposition of non-conforming materials
Perform various specialized product inspections according to written instructions
Provide guidance on part quality to shop floor and set-up personnel
Perform job function with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Hours
3:30 PM to 2 AM (Monday thru Thursday)

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in quality control inspection
Knowledge of inspection techniques and procedures

Failure to meet position objectives can cause production to continue on defective parts that may result in scrap
