Area Supervisor

Job Title: Area Supervisor Single Family and Multi-Family Framing

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee framing operations across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee multiple single family and multi-family framing projects from start to finish.

· Ensure all framing work is performed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.

· Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to streamline workflow.

· Address and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and maintain productivity.

· Directly manage and lead foremen and ensure they effectively manage their respective crews and project.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between foremen, crews, project managers, and upper management.

· Provide regular progress reports, including project timelines, labor performance, and material usage.

· Communicate with clients, inspectors, and other employees as needed.

· Document any project changes, delays, or issues and report them accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in single family and multi-family, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of framing methods, proficiently read plans, building codes, and construction safety regulations.

· Leadership Ability: Proven ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

· Time Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and lift heavy materials as needed. Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

· Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software, email communication, and mobile apps for tracking job progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

OSHA 30-hour certification preferred but not required.

Experience working with production framing crews in large-scale developments.

$1700.00 – 1900.00/week plus quarterly bonuses
