What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker - 1st Shift position at Production Paint Finishers, Inc.?
This production job requires lifting parts throughout the day. Associates must be able to lift and hang parts continuously for several hour periods. Heavy parts are lifted by team or with handling equipment. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits. This job is on our FIRST shift operations and associates may work 4 - (10) hour work schedules with 3 days off in a row.
Process/Production Worker:
- Hang metal parts on hooks in a consistent manner
- Look for quality defects
- Must be able to count and track parts
- Must be able to lift 10lbs - 75lbs
- Must be able to stand 10 hours a day
- Must be able to bend and squat
- Must be able to lift over head and have a full range of motion
- Must be able to withstand warm temperatures
- Work well in a team setting
