Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Surface Preparation Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This role focuses on bead blasting and sandblasting metal parts to prepare them for coating. The ideal candidate takes pride in completing the nightly schedule, maintains excellent attendance, and shows special care for the equipment, keeping it clean and in top condition.
No experience is required – we will provide full training. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs, work in hot conditions, and wear full PPE including a respirator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
