Warehouse Manager

Seeking a Warehouse Manager that plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a warehouse. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this position:

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Audit and report inventory, making recommendations on which items to order and restock1.
• Team Management: Supervise warehouse associates, ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety standards1.
• Operational Efficiency: Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse layout and operations2.
• Compliance: Keep up-to-date with federal and state safety regulations and ensure the warehouse complies with these standards1.
• Coordination: Communicate with other departments to ensure timely shipping of products1.
• Performance Monitoring: Set goals in collaboration with executive management and lead training initiatives to improve employee performance1.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role2.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures, best practices, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)2.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases2.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills2.
• Education: A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is often preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
