Responsibilities :
The position will be responsible for accurately maintaining Ecodes, barcodes, and the inventory systems. The position will coordinate with the Asset team and Operations on priorities of tasks, with an emphasis on keeping outgoing orders organized while assisting in maintaining organization of materials and Inventory.
Essential functions
- Maintain accuracy of Ecodes, barcodes, and inventory systems
- Assist Operations and Shop staff with processing cycle counts
- Assist with receiving and processing of CAPEX purchases
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Inspect returned equipment for damage or wear, document issues, and ensure repairs are processed in a timely manner.
- Investigate cases of missing equipment, track rental history, and work with clients to recover lost items.
- Maintain detailed records of missing and damaged equipment, including photographs, repair estimates

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $20-$28 Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
