Job Summary
Production Resource Group Llc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events and/or entertainment projects in theatrical production, managing show labor, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of new hire paperwork and timesheets.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing events and/or entertainment projects in theatrical production
- Managing show labor and ensuring timely and accurate submission of new hire paperwork and timesheets
- Providing a reasonable balance between the clients creative needs and the companys profitability
- Working in collaboration with Sales to generate and amend quotes and interface with financial operations
- Investigating all safety and reliability concerns and promoting job site safety
- Managing PRGs Change Order Policy with clients
- Participating in client presentations as required
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in using PRG asset management software
- Proficient in PRG CRM software (Salesforce)
- Competent in Scenic construction techniques and fabrication
- Good working knowledge of Scenic Automated Solutions
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings ie ground plans, sections, scenic elevations and details
- Expert in Budget Management
- Expert in Vendor Management
- Expert in Client Communication
- Expert in Job Close out process
- Proficient in Conflict resolution
- Ability to sketch by hand to communicate ideas or requirements
- Experience of managing crews, budgets, and deadlines
- Ability to read and comprehend contract Scope and terms and conditions
